BPO Domain:

End to end knowledge for Business Process Outsourcing. I have done my MBA with BPO Management and International Marketing. I have proven trek record as Process Trainer, Voice & Accent coach, TL, Quality Control In charge and Business development head.

I have consulted many BPO companies to implement six sigma methodologies to improve productivity and proper resource investment plan. I created productivity analysis in terms of resource and activity matrix to ensure best outcome from each dialing hour.
LPO Analysis: I have done outsourcing analysis of Legal process of Data management at different segments of BPO industry. I have done LPO analysis for one of the UK base client for 1200 seats, along with timeline projection, estimated equilibrium point and ERP management software integration with domain customization for reporting.

Banking and Insurance: As I belong to family with banking background I learn different marketing strategy for business development of branches according to geographical analysis of branch and psychology of target commodity. I have study projects of core banking management and International banking.
