As a Senior Business Development Executive I have to deal with/on

• Off shore clients, regarding current and upcoming business Development plans and prepares futuristic plans to walk impressively with market trends and changing time.
• Responsible for strategy formation and implementation of the Business development plans and creating new business Opportunities
• Facilitate branding and public relations to position the Organization as a major BPO player in India
• Coordinate all client management activities and develop and Strengthen relationships with International clients.
• Manage online & offline presentations and client visits to ensure Maximum exposure and interaction with the client
• Maintain thought leadership and drive the BD team of Jr.executives To enhance client support and service delivery.
• Understand clients requirements and suggest him the language of Development and prepare contract and make sure about timely Payment collection for Company.

Training:

• Web development component and user training
• Back end, front end and CMS training
• SEO (organic) and PPC training
• Social networking and ecommerce contain training
• Data synchronization training
• Language overview with C, C++, VC++, Java, PHP, ASP.NET, ASP.net Nuke, Tapi, Drupal, Ruby on rail and other customize platforms.
• Open source structure
• Overview of Flesh and Flex execution
• VSS and FTP management with data parcing component
• ERP and SAP methodology training

Significant Achievement:

• Achieve timely targets with clients compliments for best services and understanding their requirements with touch basis. Handle Nestle vending machine project with a team of three developrs and one designer.
• Analyze overheads and infrastructure expenses to maximize revenue and profit factor and enhance the overall growth with strategic planning.
