C – Charts

C chart in six sigma methodology is known as a control chart, who deals with Number of Defects and non – conformities produced by a manufacturing process. In C- Chart, Number of defects is plotted as per unit.

A Unit = Day, Month, Year, Batch, Machine, Process Etc.

While using C- chart, we need to assumed that the number of errors in a quality attribute are rare and the nonconforming events are totally independent.
