A: At all times involve and agree support from people within system [ System = Processes, Environment , Psychology, Culture, Relationships, Behaviours, etc., whether Personal / Organizational ].
B: Understand where you or the organisation is at the moment and on the same page.
C: Understand where you want to be, when, why, and what the measures will be for having got there or not.
D: Plan development towards Point “C” in appropriate achievable measurable stages.
E: Communicate, involve, enable and facilitate involvement from people, as early and openly and as fully as is possible.
