Lakshya BPO started in 2008 June for Canada base Inbound call management. We started with 5 seats and enhance up to 20 seats in just three months of dialing. My KRA was Training, Client management and Account management for this project as a BPO Consultant.
Business process outsourcing offered good amount of knowledge and career to the local graduates with an opportunity to enhance communication skills and learn about US culture and Voice & Accent training.
