Challenge: Understanding IT and EMR concept with web base, desktop base and cloud models. Improve total output and convert management driven process in to process driven management.

Improvement: Average 39% productivity improvement measured during implementing it towards HR, Admin, Development, Sales , Support and Training division.

Duration of Training: 9 months – 20 hours a week
